Rock your Raptor style GIVEAWAY!

There are a loooootta cute shoes out there on the market. I'd like to say that I own a good amount of them, but it is rather hard to keep up. And aside from shoes, what I can never have enough of is accessories . Beaded necklaces, bauble-y bracelets, earrings and statement rings all call my name on a regular basis. So naturally, when I came across Raptor Jewelry , a local accessories queen, I immediately fell in love. Raptor is sold at a ton of top local boutiques here in Orange County --50 stores from San Diego, Long Beach, Orange County, South Dakota, and Park City Utah to be exact! Most recently, Raptor hit their biggest boom in sales when getting notoriety on FOX's American Idol, where a star contestant rocked Raptor's 'Turquoise Tears' earrings on her audition. Idol's judges even saw the style and were instantly smitten--considering Steven Tyler's love for feathers, I'm not surprised! But this business all started when owner Ashlee studied fashion

Happy Friday ya'll! Aside from the fact that I wouldn't be caught dead running thru the sprinklers in Jimmy Choos, the shoes in this Jimmy Choo enewsletter that greeted my inbox this morning were rather disturbing. I know they may be runway made, but not sure I dig, mista Choo... Do YOU? xoxo, holly in heels

An old fave in Old Nav.

Occasionally I find some good deals at an old favorite friend of mine, Old Navy . I'll admit, Old Navy is a lil' bit old skool in the fact that I started shopping there when I was a wee 12-year-old or so. It was cool and new at the time, but the newlywed perception of the Gap-owned company slowly wore off as I grew out of my tweens. But lately I will admit that I've found some real gems at Old Navy, while shopping on my lunch breaks :) From my favorited 'Diva' skinny jeans , to some cute, brown boots I snagged there, and even the occasional fun blousy top, Old Nav has been impressing me lately! Check out some of their sweet summer heels & flats that have just come out (each photo is linked)... Hey, hey, hey, sunshine + sandal season, here we come! xoxo, holly in heels
